Whinot Reputation System

The quality of our community is guaranteed by our reputation system. To start, each expert joins the Whinot community by being invited by an existing member or applying on the site. Whinot is an invitation-only community of experts.

Experts are then continually evaluated by their peers and our clients in a number of situations. While the details of the reputation system are proprietary to prevent gaming, there are two primary inputs to the individual expert’s reputation:

• Quality of advice on past issues
• Performance and client satisfaction on past projects

Clients use the reputation system to easily find experts to solve their issue and hire the right expert for the project based on tradeoffs between cost and expertise. Experts use the reputation to demonstrate their expertise and justify their hourly rates.
