Any suggestions for how to obtain sponsorship for a series of running races?

The Holiday Marathons has been putting on events around NYC for the past year. The organization has grown significantly from 200 to over 1200 participants per race and currently has a following of over 2500 people. The events have been free with donations covering race expenses. The organization is looking to expand geographically and partner with sponsors who share the mission to offer community-supported running events that bring together new and experienced runners in the local community to promote exercise, appreciation for nature and adoption of healthier habits on all major holidays. I have a sponsor presentation describing the organization, history, growth, future goals and what the organization can offer sponsors. I also have a list of target sponsors. Any suggestions on who to approach and how to approach them in the most efficient/effective way?
