Good Cleaner - can aide cleanup of the mess in a company. Negotiator - can help resolve "problems"
Analyze how a good cleaning company was established and then learn or ask them to teach you how they started, and then follow their advice if you align with it. There is never any point in re-creating the wheel, and definitively not a broken wheel
